Epoxy resin haze on porcelain stoneware and ceramic tiles, acid-resistant natural stone, hard surfaces (indoor & outdoor).
Before use: Test on a representative sample area to determine the required exposure time. Massage EP Cracker Extrem generously into the contaminated surface using a black pad. Exposure time: 60 – 360 minutes. The surface must be kept moist during this process. Drying must be strictly avoided. Cover with foil. Scrub with a black pad (machine). After the determined exposure time, work the surface again with Cracker Finish undiluted (do not dilute) using a new brown scrubbing pad and allow to act for 20 minutes. Then rinse thoroughly with water. Perform final cleaning with Cracker Finish (neutralization: dilution 1:1 to 1:5). Afterwards, remove the dirty solution with a wet vacuum. Repeat the process if necessary.

4. In individual cases, additional taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-Community acquisition) and/or duties (e.g. customs duties) may be payable by the customer for cross-border deliveries.
Payment terms
5.1 The seller only accepts the payment methods offered during the ordering process in the online shop. The customer selects their preferred payment method from the available options.
5.2 If delivery is made cash on delivery, the CUSTOMER must pay the purchase price plus any applicable delivery and shipping costs (e.g., a cash-on-delivery fee) in cash to the shipping company upon delivery (in our case, UPS). The cash-on-delivery fee will be shown in the shipping cost breakdown.
5.3 If payment is made via PayPal, the customer must have a PayPal account and authenticate themselves with their login details. The customer must then complete the PayPal payment process and confirm the payment to the seller.
5.4 If payment is made via instant bank transfer, the customer must have an activated online banking account. At the end of the ordering process, the customer will be asked to enter their bank details and, if applicable, other information into the form pre-filled by the seller (bank details, transfer amount, purpose of payment). The transaction will then be confirmed to the customer immediately.
5.5 The seller reserves the right to offer payment by invoice only to regular customers, public authorities, large companies, government institutions, and selected customers. If payment is made by invoice, the purchase price (without deduction) is due immediately, but no later than 14 days from the invoice date. The statutory regulations regarding the consequences of late payment apply.
5.6 If delivery is made against prepayment, the customer must transfer the purchase price stated in the order confirmation / invoice to the seller's specified bank account within 3 working days.
